About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI), a leading HR and Management Consultancy solutions provider, is seeking a proactive and vigilant Chief Security Officer (CSO) to safeguard our personnel, assets, and facilities. In this strategic leadership role, you will direct all security operations, establish comprehensive loss prevention measures, and foster a secure corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and enforce robust security policies, procedures, and risk assessment strategies across all company locations.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate security personnel, establishing duty schedules, patrols, and post assignments.
- Oversee advanced access control systems, CCTV surveillance operations, and visitor verification protocols.
- Lead incident management responses, conduct thorough security investigations, and maintain liaison with local law enforcement agencies.
- Coordinate emergency response, crisis management procedures, and staff security awareness programs.
- B.Sc/HND in Security Management, Criminology, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in corporate security operations, military, or law enforcement management.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, emergency response, loss prevention, and team leadership.
- Relevant professional security certifications will be a distinct advantage.
