About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a leading HR and Management Consultancy firm dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation. We are currently looking for a strategic and vigilant Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead our security division. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our company's personnel, physical assets, facilities, and sensitive information against diverse risks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, procedures, and loss prevention strategies across all company locations.
- Supervise security personnel, including CCTV operators and shift officers, while maintaining duty rosters and performance standards.
- Oversee rigorous access control systems, visitor documentation, and restricted area monitoring to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Manage emergency response protocols, conduct security risk assessments, and coordinate effectively with local law enforcement agencies.
- Investigate security breaches, manage incident reporting, and ensure the optimal functioning of all security equipment and surveillance systems.
- Minimum of a BSc/HND in Security Management, Criminology, Public Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in corporate security management, law enforcement, or military operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, crisis management, CCTV surveillance, and personnel supervision.
- Possession of relevant professional security certifications will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong leadership, investigative, and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of integrity.
