About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a premier HR and Management Consultancy solutions provider committed to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a strategic and proactive Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee the overall safety, security, and protection of our personnel, guests, physical assets, facilities, and daily operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures across all company locations.
- Supervise security personnel, CCTV operators, and third-party vendors, ensuring strict adherence to duty rosters, discipline, and performance standards.
- Oversee rigorous access control systems, visitor verification processes, and the secure issuance of access credentials and company keys.
- Direct incident management protocols, promptly responding to security breaches, conducting thorough investigations, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
- Perform regular security risk assessments, vulnerability studies, and site inspections to continuously improve safety infrastructure.
- Design and coordinate emergency response strategies, crisis management drills, and employee security awareness programs.
- BSc or HND in Security Management, Criminology, Sociology, Public Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant corporate security management experience, with a proven track record of supervising security teams.
- Prior experience in military, law enforcement, corporate security, or paramilitary environments is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in CCTV surveillance systems, access control technologies, emergency crisis management, and risk mitigation.
