About the Role
Growth Partner Intermediaries Limited is an established HR consulting firm dedicated to delivering exceptional human resource solutions, including recruitment, outsourcing, training, and strategic advisory services. We are currently recruiting a proactive and strategic Chief Security Officer to oversee our comprehensive corporate security framework and safeguard our business operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct comprehensive security operations, personnel, and departmental teams to ensure a safe corporate environment.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, vulnerability studies, and internal investigations when security breaches occur.
- Oversee physical security infrastructure including CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and asset protection protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to identify, mitigate, and respond to potential cybersecurity risks and threats.
- Manage the logistics and physical security of company vehicles, drivers, and daily dispatch deliveries.
- Maintain proactive liaison with local law enforcement agencies and third-party security service providers.
- Bachelor Degree in Security Studies, Criminology, Risk Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in corporate security, security management, law enforcement, military, or intelligence roles.
- Strong working knowledge of physical security systems, investigations, loss prevention, emergency response, and cybersecurity basics.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing security teams effectively.
- Possession of relevant professional security certifications will be a distinct advantage.
