About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is a premier HR and Management Consultancy firm dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Chief Security Officer to lead our client's hotel security program and ensure the absolute safety of all guests, employees, property, and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the hotel's overall security operations, maintaining 24-hour security coverage across the entire property.
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, procedures, and access control measures.
- Supervise and mentor Security Supervisors, Security Officers, CCTV Operators, and screening personnel.
- Coordinate specialized security for guest areas, VIP suites, parking facilities, rooftop bars, and conference halls.
- Monitor and swiftly respond to security incidents, emergencies, and potential threats.
- Maintain strong, proactive relationships with local law enforcement and relevant security agencies in Nigeria.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and develop robust emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Investigate security breaches or incidents and prepare detailed, professional reports.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in security operations, with significant supervisory or management background.
- Prior experience in hospitality, corporate, commercial, or high-profile security operations is a distinct advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of modern security technologies, risk management, and incident investigation.
