About the Role
Living Goods is seeking a visionary Chief Program Officer to lead global programs that deliver life-saving health services to millions of families through digitally empowered community health workers. In this executive role, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our portfolio, ensuring high-quality, evidence-driven delivery at scale while bridging the gap between public health programs and smart mobile technology.
Key Responsibilities- Set global program strategy, priorities, and geographic expansion frameworks aligned with organizational goals and the Theory of Change.
- Serve as the programmatic voice partnering with the CTO to ensure digital health tools effectively support frontline community health workers.
- Lead the Performance, Evidence and Insights function to generate decision-grade data and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Oversee new country scoping, incubation models, and ensure rigorous quality standards during expansion.
- Drive fundraising priorities, steward strategic partnerships, and ensure compliance across donor grants and commitments.
- Master's degree in public health, international development, business administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in global health with significant experience in sub-Saharan Africa.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-country health programs and leveraging digital health technology for last-mile delivery.
- Strong track record in fundraising, donor engagement, and developing high-performing global teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a distinct advantage.
