About the Role
Genesis Group, a leading Nigerian catering, hospitality, and entertainment conglomerate, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer to lead our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business unit. With over two decades of delivering exceptional products and services to multinational and Nigerian corporations, we are looking for a strategic leader to drive operational excellence, business growth, and brand profitability across our expanding QSR network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to achieve business growth, revenue targets, and profitability goals for the QSR division.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance across all outlets.
- Manage supply chain logistics, inventory control, and vendor relationships to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate store managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and high performance.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare accurate operational budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, brand loyalty, and market share in the competitive hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of cognizant executive-level experience in QSR or hospitality operations with top-tier brands.
- Associate membership of recognized professional bodies such as ICAN, ACCA, CISA, CIA, or equivalent is required.
- Demonstrated passion, high integrity, and a strong ownership mindset towards business success.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
