About the Role

Building on 95 years of combined global expertise in intelligence, security, and corporate business, we deliver exceptional guard, patrol, tracking, and recovery services. We are looking for an elite operational leader to partner with our CEO, scale our infrastructure, and spearhead our next phase of sustainable regional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner directly with the CEO to design, execute, and refine organizational strategies that align with our core mission and long-term objectives.
- Oversee daily business operations across all departments, guaranteeing optimal efficiency, stringent quality control, and stellar service delivery.
- Develop and implement robust operational policies, scalable systems, and continuous improvement processes to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Establish, track, and evaluate rigorous Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental targets and company-wide goals are consistently surpassed.
- Lead, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture with strict adherence to professional management standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance division to formulate, manage, and monitor comprehensive budgets, driving cost-effective operations and financial sustainability.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships, stakeholder relationships, and donor networks to bolster revenue generation and business development initiatives.
- Identify potential operational risks, designing proactive mitigation strategies while ensuring full compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline; a Master's degree or professional certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience, featuring substantial tenure in senior executive management or operational leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams, large-scale budgets, and complex organizational operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional expertise in strategic planning, performance management, risk mitigation, and corporate governance.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder relationship management, proposal development, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
