About the Role
InfoHob, a leading Information Technology company based in Abuja, is seeking a talented and versatile Business Operations Manager to drive our daily business operations and organizational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our workplace, harmonizing administrative duties, human resources, and accounting functions to ensure our team thrives in a productive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily business operations, company policies, procedures, human resources, and basic accounting functions.
- Oversee general office administration, including vendor management, equipment maintenance, budgeting, and facility bills.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires in collaboration with consultants.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, employee relations, performance assessments, and production KPIs.
- Ensure full legal compliance and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with InfoHob's mission and objectives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate their needs into actionable strategic plans.
- Plan corporate events, team-building activities, and maintain a seamless flow of communication across departments.
- BSc in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources Management, or a relevant qualification; an MBA or relevant certifications are a strong plus.
- Proven professional experience working as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, office machinery, and familiarity with ERP, accounting, inventory management, and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools to boost workplace productivity is considered an advantage.
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills for financial data interpretation.
