About the Role
Alfred & Victoria Associates, a leading ICT-driven enterprise in Nigeria, is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the financial operations of our growing healthcare division. In this critical executive role, you will direct financial strategy, risk management, revenue optimization, and corporate financing to ensure long-term sustainability and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, annual budgets, and long-term financial planning aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, cash flow management, and robust internal controls.
- Lead revenue cycle management, optimize billing operations, and implement effective cost-control measures across multiple locations.
- Manage corporate financing, fund deployment, and investments, including successful oversight of substantial capital projects.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and external stakeholders to drive corporate expansion and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
- Mandatory professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, ICAN, or CFA.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within a hospital, healthcare, or corporate group environment.
- Demonstrated success in corporate fundraising and capital raising of not less than $20 million, coupled with strategic investment management.
- Expertise in business plan development, cash flow projections, ISO compliance, and healthcare regulatory standards.
