We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and drive our organization's long-term growth, profitability, and financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will combine strong corporate finance and treasury management experience with proven executive leadership capabilities, bringing a track record of capital raising, business transformation, and strategic decision-making at the board level.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic financial planning, performance management, and long-term business growth initiatives.
- Oversee treasury and capital management, including debt and equity financing and fundraising campaigns.
- Evaluate and manage investments, corporate transactions, business expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure robust corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and comprehensive risk management frameworks.
- Manage key relationships with investors, lenders, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Drive commercial finance strategies that go beyond traditional financial reporting and accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory professional qualifications: CFA combined with ACA or ACCA.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or Finance Director role.
- Extensive expertise in treasury management, corporate finance, capital raising, taxation, and financial modeling.
- Sector experience within manufacturing or import-dependent industries in Nigeria is highly desirable.
