Key Responsibilities- Build a vibrant classroom culture where students develop a deep love for chess while enhancing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Teach chess fundamentals, progressing seamlessly to advanced tactics, strategies, and competitive gameplay.
- Coach, train, and develop a high-performing student chess team to successfully compete in regional and national tournaments.
- Participate in continuous professional development and collaborate with fellow educators to refine instructional methods and curriculum content.
- Proven experience as a chess instructor, professional player, or dedicated coach with a strong tournament background.
- Deep understanding of chess rules, openings, middle-game tactics, and endgame strategies.
- Exceptional ability to engage students of varying age groups and skill levels with enthusiasm and patience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to academic and extracurricular excellence.
