We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified Chemistry Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators in Owo, Ondo State.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Chemistry lessons to students across various grade levels following the Nigerian and Cambridge IGCSE curricula.
- Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations including WAEC, NECO, and Cambridge assessments.
- Design, evaluate, and update lesson plans that align with the school's academic standards and promote critical thinking.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and hands-on scientific exploration.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, school events, and continuous professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Education (Chemistry), or a related scientific discipline.
- Proven teaching experience within a reputable secondary school environment, preferably familiar with both WAEC and Cambridge curricula.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technological skills for modern teaching delivery.
