We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join our esteemed faculty. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping students' scientific minds, preparing them for external examinations, and fostering a deep appreciation for chemistry through engaging and interactive classroom instruction.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging chemistry lessons aligned with the national secondary school curriculum.
- Conduct practical laboratory experiments safely and effectively to enhance students' theoretical understanding.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Prepare students adequately for internal and external examinations such as WASSCE, NECO, and UTME.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment within the laboratory and classroom.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the student welfare unit to support the holistic development of every child.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Education (Chemistry), or a related discipline.
- Proven experience teaching chemistry at the secondary school level in Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian secondary education curricula and examination requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
