Blooms Academy is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Chemistry Teacher to join our esteemed academic team. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive Chemistry lessons aligned with the fused American and Nigerian curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment conducive to effective learning and student engagement.
- Utilize digital tools and modern IT resources to enhance classroom instruction and facilitate virtual or blended learning when necessary.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support to ensure academic excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support the holistic development of every student.
- Participate actively in school events, departmental meetings, and continuous professional development programs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field (B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A with PGDE or equivalent).
- Strong, up-to-date subject knowledge and exceptional classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in IT and digital teaching tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputable, structured school environment is a distinct advantage.
