Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Chemistry lessons in accordance with the approved school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active student participation and critical thinking.
- Conduct practical laboratory experiments safely and effectively to demonstrate theoretical chemistry concepts.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to organize academic events, science fairs, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment grades in compliance with school policies.
- Impart positive Islamic moral values and serve as a constructive role model for students at all times.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Sc. in Chemistry or a closely related relevant subject.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering student academic and personal development.
- Proficiency in ICT skills and modern educational technology will be a distinct added advantage.
