We are currently seeking an organized and reliable Bus Administrator to oversee our transport logistics, ensuring the safety, punctuality, and efficient coordination of our school bus fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily school bus routes, schedules, and transportation logistics for students.
- Coordinate with drivers and transport staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and time schedules.
- Maintain comprehensive records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and transport permits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians regarding transport inquiries and updates.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with Nigerian traffic laws and school policies.
- Address and resolve any transport-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Relevant academic qualifications from a recognized institution.
- Proven working experience in transport administration, logistics, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced school environment.
- Familiarity with Sokoto State geography and local routes is a distinct advantage.
