Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Economics lessons to senior secondary students following the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to evaluate student progress effectively.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and critical thinking.
- Monitor and mentor students, providing academic support and guidance for external examinations.
- Participate in school co-curricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Education in Economics, or a related relevant qualification.
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian secondary school curriculum and examination requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and commitment to student moral and academic development.
