Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, curriculum-compliant Chemistry lessons to secondary school students.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and laboratory experiments.
- Assess, grade, and provide constructive feedback on student assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and stimulating classroom and laboratory environment.
- Participate in school co-curricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Monitor student academic progress and provide targeted support to learners who need extra guidance.
- Must possess a minimum of a First Degree (B.Sc or HND) in Chemistry or a closely related field.
- Possession of a First Class or Second Class Upper division is required.
- An education qualification (B.Ed or PGDE) and a higher degree (Master's or PhD) will be considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated exceptional teaching ability aligned with modern pedagogical best practices.
