Key Responsibilities- Provide appropriate care, supervision, and guidance for students throughout the school day and residential routines where applicable.
- Support students' personal welfare, hygiene, and daily needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and orderly environment conducive to student well-being.
- Monitor student welfare closely and report any health, behavioral, or safeguarding concerns to school management promptly.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, school management, and relevant staff to foster a nurturing community.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all student welfare and administrative matters.
- Relevant qualifications and proven professional experience in caregiving, school boarding, nursing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect positively with children and young people.
- High level of integrity, patience, emotional intelligence, and professional accountability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary school team.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and student-centered environment.
