Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons in accordance with the Nigerian and British secondary school curricula.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and interactive laboratory experiments to enhance practical learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Prepare students effectively for external examinations including WASSCE, NECO, and UTME.
- Participate actively in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular school activities.
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school setting.
- Deep knowledge of chemistry concepts and modern pedagogical teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Strong passion for mentoring young minds and driving academic success.
- Valid TRCN (Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria) certification is an added advantage.
