About the Role
Raising Arrows Faith Academy (RAFA) is a Christ-centered discipleship and virtual holistic development academy dedicated to partnering with families to nurture children in faith, character, identity, and practical life skills. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teens Instructor to join our dynamic virtual teaching team.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate engaging virtual classes and discipleship sessions focused on Christian values, character development, and spiritual growth.
- Guide teenagers in discovering their God-given identity and purpose through interactive lessons and mentorship.
- Integrate practical life skills into the curriculum to prepare students for real-world challenges.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and Christ-centered online learning community where every student feels valued.
- Collaborate with parents and academy leadership to monitor student progress and spiritual development.
- Create and utilize creative teaching materials suited for virtual learning environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to the Christian faith with a strong background in children or youth ministry.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Education, Theology, Youth Ministry, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with teenagers in a teaching, mentoring, or ministry capacity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and virtual classroom management skills.
- Ability to connect effectively with adolescents and inspire them toward holistic personal growth.
