About the Role
Raising Arrows Faith Academy (RAFA) is a Christ-centered discipleship and virtual holistic development academy dedicated to partnering with families to nurture children in faith, character, identity, and practical life skills. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Faith Instructor to join our dynamic virtual teaching team.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate engaging virtual classes focused on Christian discipleship, biblical values, and spiritual growth.
- Guide children in understanding their true identity in Christ and walking purposefully in their faith.
- Develop and implement interactive curriculum that integrates character building with practical life skills.
- Partner closely with parents and families to support the holistic spiritual development of each child.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and Christ-centered online learning environment that encourages open dialogue and spiritual inquiry.
- Demonstrated commitment to the Christian faith with a strong heart for children's ministry and discipleship.
- Relevant educational qualifications in theology, Christian education, early childhood development, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in children's ministry, teaching, or youth mentoring environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage children effectively in a virtual setting.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate virtual learning platforms and tools comfortably.
