Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Chemistry lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Facilitate hands-on laboratory practicals to enhance students' empirical understanding of chemical concepts.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure academic success.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and organized classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
- Participate in school-wide events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field (B.Sc. Ed, B.Sc. with PGDE).
- Proven experience teaching Chemistry at the secondary school level within Nigeria.
- Strong knowledge of WAEC, NECO, and international curricula standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated passion for hands-on scientific learning and student mentorship.
- Valid certification or registration with TRCN is an added advantage.
