Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Chemistry lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and organizing remedial support where necessary.
- Design and supervise practical laboratory experiments to enhance students' theoretical understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
- Possess a B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. in Chemistry or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven classroom teaching experience.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
