Key Responsibilities- Assist the lead teacher in implementing the Montessori curriculum and daily classroom activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize learning materials and classroom environments to ensure optimal student engagement.
- Support individual and small group learning, catering to the unique developmental needs of children aged 18 months and above.
- Monitor and record student progress, maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive atmosphere.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to support holistic child development and positive social behavior.
- Possession of a first degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
- A compulsory Montessori training certification from an accredited Montessori institution.
- Must reside within the Ajah axis or immediate surrounding areas in Lagos for easy commute.
