Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and specialized chemical pathology laboratory investigations under the supervision of senior medical laboratory scientists and pathologists.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability in sample collection, processing, and analytical testing of clinical specimens.
- Maintain proper laboratory records, equipment calibration logs, and adhere strictly to quality control standards.
- Participate in departmental training sessions, seminars, and research activities aimed at improving local healthcare outcomes.
- Execute any other related professional duties assigned by the Hospital Management or authorized supervising officers.
- Possession of a recognized University Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or relevant academic qualifications in the chosen specialty.
- Must possess provisional registration with the relevant professional regulatory body in Nigeria.
