About the Role
Fadac Resources is seeking a vibrant and customer-oriented Coffee Maker to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will deliver exceptional beverage services, ensuring every customer enjoys a delightful experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items with precision and speed.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle cash or digital transactions.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation and seating area.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the food service area.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, addressing any inquiries or feedback professionally.
- Minimum of an OND in any related discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar environment.
- Must be between 19 and 25 years of age.
- Well-spoken, friendly, presentable, and deeply customer-focused.
- Physically fit, agile, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
- Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute daily to Ikoyi or Marina.
- Monthly salary of N85,000.
- Comprehensive Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
- N25,000 mid-month incentive applicable after 3 months upon successful completion of probation.
