Extramileage Consults Limited, a leading full-service Human Resource Outsourcing company operating across Nigeria, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chartered Accountant to join our esteemed team in a senior capacity. In this pivotal role, you will oversee comprehensive financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights that drive business growth for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts in compliance with IFRS and local tax laws.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls, financial policies, and risk management procedures.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to ensure seamless statutory compliance.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to executive management to support informed business decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-ICAN qualification experience working in a Senior Finance or accounting role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, and Nigerian tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
