About the Role
Vennote Technologies Limited is a well-established ICT company with over two decades of experience in enterprise solutions. We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to drive our financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights for management decision-making in our Lagos headquarters.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly financial information in compliance with IFRS and relevant accounting standards.
- Manage all tax and pension matters, ensuring timely filing and settlement of FIRS, LIRS, VAT, WHT, PAYE, and pension obligations.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow planning, liquidity analysis, accounts payable, and banking relationships.
- Supervise client billings, credit and risk exposures, and drive debt collection processes to minimize overdue portfolios.
- Coordinate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, and overhead cost controls.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately captured on SAP and oversee internal and external audit activities.
- Bachelor degree from an accredited university.
- Mandatory professional certification: ACA, ACCA, or CFA.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax laws.
