About the Role
P-GAT Industries is driving a transformative green transport revolution across Northeast Nigeria through the ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem, a landmark N300 billion initiative modernizing regional logistics. We are currently seeking a dedicated Charging / Swap Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, safety protocols, and maintenance of our advanced electric vehicle charging and battery-swapping infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the operational readiness and day-to-day functioning of charging and battery-swapping infrastructure.
- Coordinate station attendants, technicians, and routine maintenance activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor strict electrical safety compliance and facility operations standards across the assigned station.
- Troubleshoot and report infrastructure issues promptly to the maintenance and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate operational logs and ensure adherence to company policies and environmental guidelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical infrastructure, charging systems, facilities management, or energy systems operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical safety standards, preventive maintenance, and facility management.
- Possession of relevant electrical, energy, or EV certifications is a strong advantage.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Nigeria.
- Must be ready and available to work full-time in Adamawa State, demonstrating high integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
