About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bids & Tender Manager to lead our proposal development lifecycle, ensuring our bids are accurate, competitive, and fully aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Source, track, and evaluate relevant bid and tender opportunities to ensure alignment with company capabilities and resource availability.
- Interpret complex requests for proposals (RFPs) and invitations to tender (ITTs) to determine critical requirements and strict submission deadlines.
- Develop and execute comprehensive bid strategies from the initial expression of interest to final submission.
- Collaborate seamlessly with technical, commercial, finance, and procurement departments to gather accurate data for competitive proposals.
- Manage electronic tender portals and ensure timely, compliant upload of all required documentation.
- Conduct thorough win/loss analyses, monitor tender outcomes, and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in bid and tender management, specifically within an engineering, manufacturing, or heavy industry environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end bidding processes, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards in Nigeria.
- Exceptional writing, editing, document formatting, and project coordination skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital tender portals and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities with a strict commitment to quality.
