About the Role
Aldelia Limited is currently recruiting a dynamic and experienced Change Management Lead for our client in the oil and gas sector. In this pivotal role, you will enable the successful adoption of affiliate digital and innovation initiatives by coordinating change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, capability building, and readiness activities across onshore and offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication plans aligned with digital project milestones.
- Conduct impact, stakeholder, and user-readiness assessments to identify adoption barriers and propose practical mitigations.
- Coordinate engagement with project sponsors, change champions, and over 3,000 users to drive seamless adoption.
- Design and facilitate role-based training programs, digital literacy sessions, and innovation workshops.
- Manage D&I communication channels, innovation rooms in Lagos and Port Harcourt, and internal engagement events.
- Monitor adoption metrics, user experience, and value realization, reporting insights to leadership.
- University degree with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in change management and digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, innovation management, and corporate communications within the oil and gas or tech sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management, and written or verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and drive cultural mindset shifts across diverse operational teams.
