About the Role
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Change Management Analyst to join our growing team in Nigeria. As a key player in our financial services group, you will play an essential role in ensuring seamless project execution, minimizing change failures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our banking and wealth management operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design comprehensive project change management plans and drive effective stakeholder engagement.
- Define project scope, impact areas, and precise timelines for implementation.
- Align change objectives and goals with existing departmental functions and business processes.
- Coordinate various execution stages and organize targeted staff training engagements.
- Design feedback platforms to enhance continuous evaluation and process improvement.
- Implement control tools and systems to guarantee successful change delivery within agreed timelines.
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Change Management or Project Management (banking experience is an advantage).
- Proven track record of successfully handling at least two major project changes and knowledge transfer.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Project Management credentials or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum) are highly advantageous.
