Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the primary school curriculum.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and well-managed classroom atmosphere that promotes positive student behavior and active participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to enhance curricular activities and school events.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional support of all children under your care throughout the school day.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and developmental milestones.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE), or a relevant academic qualification.
- Valid teaching certification and registration with relevant educational bodies.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within a Montessori or progressive learning environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
