About the Role
New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, the world's largest independent IT training company, is seeking an expert Certified PMP & ITIL Instructor to join our expanding team in Nigeria. In this role, you will deliver world-class training, equipping professionals and corporate clients with the essential certifications needed to drive efficiency, innovation, and career growth in the fast-paced technology sector.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and high-quality classroom and virtual training sessions for Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL certification courses.
- Guide students through official curriculum materials, practical case studies, and real-world scenarios to ensure high examination pass rates.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support to guarantee exceptional learning outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on evolving project management methodologies, IT service management frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to continuously improve course delivery, curriculum implementation, and student satisfaction.
- Valid and active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Valid and active ITIL Expert or Managing Professional certification.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, IT service management, and corporate training.
- Proven track record of successful training delivery with high student pass rates and positive evaluations.
- Exceptional public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
