Key Responsibilities- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security feeds continuously to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot surveillance equipment, reporting any technical faults immediately to the appropriate maintenance personnel.
- Record and document daily security incidents, breaches, and suspicious occurrences accurately in the incident log.
- Collaborate closely with the physical security team and school management to respond swiftly to emergencies or security threats.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, data privacy regulations, and school policies regarding surveillance footage management.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent certification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience working as a CCTV Operator, security monitor, or in a similar surveillance role, preferably within an educational institution.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to remain focused and calm during high-stress situations.
- Familiarity with modern CCTV hardware, IP cameras, and video management software.
- Strong communication skills and high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
