About the Role
Domeo Resources International (DRI), a leading HR and management consultancy firm, is seeking a vigilant and experienced CCTV Operative to join our client's luxury hospitality team. In this critical role, you will monitor, operate, and manage advanced electronic surveillance systems to safeguard guests, employees, and physical assets, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras across guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities to detect unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Coordinate real-time security responses and guide patrol officers to incident locations using live video feeds.
- Manage the retrieval, archiving, and secure handling of CCTV video footage to support internal investigations while protecting guest privacy.
- Operate and conduct routine checks on video management systems, digital recording equipment, and electronic access controls.
- Prepare detailed surveillance logs, incident reports, and submit daily updates to the Security Supervisor.
- Minimum of an ND or HND in Security Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience operating CCTV surveillance systems within hotels, corporate offices, or high-end retail environments.
- Strong proficiency in using Video Management Systems (VMS) and electronic security infrastructure.
- Exceptional attention to detail, high integrity, and strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies.
- Relevant professional certifications in CCTV operations, fire safety, or occupational health are a distinct advantage.
