We are currently seeking a responsible, observant, and trustworthy CCTV Monitoring Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding our premises, assets, and personnel by maintaining vigilant surveillance and upholding the highest standards of workplace security.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor all CCTV camera feeds continuously during working hours to ensure comprehensive premises security.
- Identify, record, and promptly report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, theft, or safety hazards to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CCTV logbooks, daily monitoring records, and detailed incident reports.
- Manage the safe storage, retrieval, and preservation of CCTV footage and digital drives in strict compliance with company policy.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical faults on CCTV equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Restrict access to the CCTV control room exclusively to authorized personnel and maintain strict confidentiality of all security data.
- Possession of an HND or B.Sc degree from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, or corporate security is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional observation, concentration, and multitasking skills with the ability to monitor multiple camera feeds simultaneously.
- High level of personal integrity, discipline, punctuality, and an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in basic computer operations.
