Extramileage Consults Limited is a leading full-service Human Resource Outsourcing company dedicated to connecting talented professionals with top-tier organizations across various states in Nigeria. We are currently seeking a vigilant and dedicated CCTV Attendant to join our client's security team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring surveillance systems, identifying suspicious activities, and coordinating prompt responses to security breaches.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security feeds continuously to detect unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, or safety hazards.
- Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, reporting any technical malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate department.
- Record and document daily security incidents, system anomalies, and visitor logs accurately in accordance with company protocols.
- Collaborate closely with on-site security personnel, facility management, and local law enforcement agencies when emergency interventions are required.
- Conduct regular checks of monitoring equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of proven professional experience working in a similar CCTV monitoring or security role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive during high-pressure situations or emergencies.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in using modern security monitoring software and hardware.
- Starting salary of N150,000, which is negotiable based on your relevant experience and overall competence.
