About the Role
Whispers Art Haus, a premium hospitality and lifestyle destination located in the heart of Maitama, Abuja, is expanding and seeking a passionate, professional, and service-driven Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that ensures seamless financial transactions while upholding our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Greet guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any billing inquiries promptly.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring accurate daily sales reporting and balancing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure checkout counter area at all times.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any payment discrepancies quickly.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar finance/customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
- Strong work ethic, absolute integrity, and high level of professionalism.
