We are currently seeking a diligent, customer-focused, and trustworthy Cashier to join our dynamic team and ensure seamless daily retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process cash, debit card, credit card, and mobile transfer payments accurately and efficiently using modern Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt customer service to all guests and resolve basic complaints with patience.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records, receipts, and inventory logs in alignment with company standards.
- Conduct end-of-shift cash drawer reconciliations, resolve any transaction discrepancies, and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
- Adhere strictly to internal financial control policies, safety protocols, and company compliance procedures.
- Minimum of an OND or NCE in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven work experience as a Cashier, Teller, or in a customer-facing retail role.
- Demonstrated strong numerical ability, high attention to detail, and proficiency in operating POS terminals and basic accounting software.
- Unquestionable integrity, honesty, reliability, and the ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished professional presentation.
