Key Responsibilities- Manage daily cashier operations, including processing patient payments via cash, POS, and transfer accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash drawers, sales reports, and financial transactions.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping records and ensure all financial transactions are meticulously documented.
- Provide prompt, polite, and professional customer service to patients and visitors requiring billing assistance.
- Report financial discrepancies immediately to the finance supervisor and assist with routine financial reporting tasks.
- Must be a female candidate with a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of proven work experience in a cashier, accounting, or bookkeeping role, preferably within the healthcare or service sector.
- Strong basic math skills and proficiency in using computers and hospital management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
