About the Role
Lexworld Hotels is a premier hospitality destination in Aba, Abia State, offering top-tier lodging and services to business executives and travelers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cashier to join our dynamic front office team. In this role, you will serve as the financial touchpoint for our guests, ensuring all monetary transactions are handled with utmost accuracy while delivering the warm, professional customer service that defines the Lexworld brand.
Key Responsibilities- Process all cash, card, and electronic transactions accurately using the hotel property management and point-of-sale systems.
- Manage daily cash drawers, reconcile shifts, and prepare accurate financial reports for management.
- Greet guests warmly, resolve billing inquiries promptly, and provide exceptional front-desk customer service.
- Collaborate with the front office and food and beverage departments to ensure seamless guest check-outs and billing.
- Maintain a secure, organized, and clean workstation at all times in compliance with hotel financial policies.
- Possession of an OND, HND, or B.Sc degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable working experience as a cashier within the hospitality industry.
- Must be fully computer literate with proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
- Age requirement between 30 to 50 years old.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
