Farmcity Abuja, a premier 24-hour hospitality and lifestyle brand located in Wuse 2, Abuja, is currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier. Operating as a dynamic restaurant, lounge, café, bar, and game arcade, we offer a vibrant mix of dining, relaxation, and entertainment. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can ensure accurate financial transactions and contribute to the seamless daily operations of our busy establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately and responsibly, balancing drawers at the end of every shift.
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to all guests approaching the payment counter.
- Maintain proper financial records and generate daily sales reports for management review.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and bar teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, cash-handling procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier, front-desk officer, or similar role within the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or entertainment industry.
- Strong numerical proficiency and high attention to detail with cash management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND in a relevant discipline.
