About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated Cashier to join our dynamic front office and dining operations at Aarons Restro Bar. In this role, you will be the final point of contact for our guests, ensuring that all financial interactions reflect our commitment to seamless service and warm hospitality. Key Responsibilities- Handle cash, POS, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently using the hotel property management and point of sale systems.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, delivering exceptional customer service during payment processes.
- Reconcile daily cash drawers and generate accurate financial reports at the end of every shift.
- Collaborate with the front desk and restaurant teams at Aarons Restro Bar to ensure correct billing for rooms, dining, and amenities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure checkout counter at all times.
- Address and resolve guest billing inquiries or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar finance/hospitality role.
- Must be currently residing in Abuja with easy commute to the hotel location.
- Proficiency in using POS machines, hotel management software, and basic computer applications.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
