About the Role
Beveledge Interior Designs is an indigenous brand renowned for manufacturing high-end furniture and creating timeless, functional spaces for clients across Nigeria. We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our growing production team and help deliver exceptional craftsmanship to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Cut, assemble, and join wood components accurately according to technical drawings and project specifications.
- Build durable sofa frames, beds, tables, wardrobes, and cabinet carcasses within a line-production system.
- Operate workshop machines and hand tools correctly, efficiently, and with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure all measurements, squareness, and joint strengths meet our rigorous company quality standards.
- Sand and prepare wood surfaces thoroughly for the upholstery or finishing stages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation to optimize daily workflow.
- Minimize material waste and report any raw material defects immediately to the supervisor.
- Meet or exceed daily production output targets assigned by management.
- Proven professional experience in furniture production and commercial carpentry.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of woodworking machinery and hand tool handling.
