Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, compassionate care and supervision to students throughout the school day.
- Assist students with daily routines, personal hygiene, and general welfare needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment conducive to learning and student wellness.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school nurses, and administrative staff to monitor student health and behavioral needs.
- Administer basic first aid when necessary and promptly report any health or safety concerns to management.
- Engage students in positive, age-appropriate activities during breaks and non-instructional times.
- Interested candidates must possess relevant academic qualifications and proven experience in childcare, education, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with children.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Residency in Benin City or the willingness to relocate is required.
