About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Administrative Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria and optimize our organizational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, ensuring seamless efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, utilities, routine maintenance, and strategic vendor relationships.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the administrative team, establishing clear performance standards and conducting regular appraisals.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
  • Support cross-functional departments with essential administrative and operational requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation, secure filing systems, and strict confidentiality of organizational records.
  • Plan and oversee logistics for corporate events, meetings, and executive travel requirements.
  • Monitor administrative budgets, control operational expenses, and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and occupational health and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in administrative management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Prior working experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or fast-paced production environment is highly desirable.
  • Relevant professional certifications in administration or management will be a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, vendor negotiations, budget monitoring, and facility management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning software.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
