Key Responsibilities- Promote NIIT Information and Communication Technology programs to prospective students, educational institutions, and professionals through targeted outreach, phone calls, WhatsApp campaigns, and community events.
- Drive student enrollment by actively following up on leads, nurturing prospects, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly conversion targets.
- Provide expert, relatable career advice to clients regarding global tech career paths, professional certifications, and industry-relevant skills.
- Host engaging open house sessions and conduct comprehensive one-on-one counseling to advise learners on course suitability and expected career outcomes.
- Manage student onboarding, follow up on tuition payments, negotiate structured payment plans, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with proven experience in education sales, client advisory, or community-based marketing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal persuasion skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and WhatsApp marketing strategies.
- A deep passion for technology education and a demonstrated commitment to helping individuals achieve their professional goals.
- Must reside in or around Ajah, Lagos, with close proximity to the center.
